These terms of business apply when you engage Eastwood Studio for design and digital work. We will confirm the specifics of each project in a written proposal, which sits alongside these terms.

Proposals and quotes

Quotes and estimates are given in writing and are valid for 30 days. Work begins once you have accepted the proposal and paid the invoice.

Fees and payment

Payments are taken securely through our payment provider. Invoices are issued on acceptance of the proposal and are due immediately, before work begins.

Scope and changes

We will deliver the work set out in the proposal. Requests beyond that scope are welcome, but may affect the cost and timeline, which we will agree with you first.

Intellectual property

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final delivered work. We retain ownership of any preparatory materials and working files unless agreed otherwise, and the right to feature the completed work in our portfolio and marketing.

Third-party materials

Fonts, images and other licensed assets are used under their respective licences. Where a project needs paid licences, those costs are yours unless stated otherwise.

Warranties and liability

We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Cancellation

Either party may end a project in writing. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, and you will be invoiced for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
