Eastwood Studio ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have over it. It applies to this website and to enquiries you send us.
To reply to your enquiry, scope and deliver projects, take payment, and keep our records. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Under UK GDPR we rely on: your consent (when you contact us), our legitimate interest in running the studio, and performance of a contract (when we work together).
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the studio, covering email, payments, call bookings, hosting and cookieless site analytics. Each processes data only on our behalf, under their own privacy terms, and only ever what is necessary, never for their own marketing.
Only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law (for example, tax records). You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. Email dpo@eastwood.studio and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
